Project Scope


Mr. Biki who leads the clothing and garments industry with one of the largest manufacturing units in Nepal, wanted to enter the Food Processing segment towards prosperity and organic progress of Nepal’s community, under the brand Sirius Agriculture. With due diligence, he had identified Dairy sector as a viable option, which was close to his heart, while being a personal passion. He, guided by Indian Agricultural Research Institute and other academic institutions, approached PMG, to take assistance on developing a Project Concept and associated Detailed Project Report (DPR) with conceptual layouts and 3D Models, using which he would pursue and collaborate with other investors.

PMG Deliverables


  • Conceptual Design of Dairy Facility, beginning with 20,000 L / Day milk processing into Liquid and Chilled Dairy, to later expanding to 200,000 L / Day milk processing with other value added products.
  • A full scale Cattle House was also envisaged as part of the project, providing long term livelihood to local community
  • Factory Masterplan, Building and Equipment Layouts, and 3D Model
  • Scope, Cost, and Schedule Management Plans

PMG Team, with extensive knowledge and experience especially in Dairy Industry in INDIA, understood the challenges and opportunities incumbent on a New Startup Company in the business, and pragmatically educated Mr. Biki and other stakeholders, towards formulating a progressive plan for the factory and investment.

We studied the strengths and weaknesses of our Client, to align them towards a positive upside position with respect to the new venture. For this our team made site visits to Nepal and evaluated the local considerations and environment, before making definitive recommendations on way forward.

Our team was able to provide ethical, disinterested and constructive advisory to Mr. Biki and other stakeholders, enabling them to direct the necessary funds and energies towards the new project, in the most optimal manner.
